True team alignment happens when individuals work together with trust, shared purpose, and a commitment for their collective success. My work is infused with the positive good intention of helping natural work teams improve how they interact and function and recognizes how the team’s existing strengths can leverage change.
Each stage of a team’s development requires a different set of courageous leadership conversations. By working with me your team will develop a shared language to identify dynamics at play as well as learn skill sets to manage these dynamics in a more effective way.
Depending on the team’s needs, your team may benefit from either or both a structured team development process and / or dialogic team coaching.
Team Development
Purpose
Strengthen team collaboration, communication, and key skills needed for high performance, through structured learning experiences and practical tools.
Each intervention is created in collaboration with the team leader to align workshop goals to business outcomes.
Would benefit teams that want to build their knowledge and skills:
- That need to build specific skill sets for example: communication, collaboration, conflict management, leadership, decision making etc.
- New teams / team in transition / new leadership
- Teams with performance issues due to skills gaps / lack of shared practices

Team Coaching
Purpose:
Support the team in deepening their awareness, improving collective performance, and building sustainable ways of working together.
In a BANI world — where Brittleness, Anxiety, Nonlinearity, And Incomprehensibility prevail — teams need to evolve how they work together to remain resilient and future-ready. Team coaching happens through live conversations using dialogic process; as your team coach I would partner with your team to become more self-aware, self -managing and self-generating. Through this process the team transforms how it thinks and works together and is able to reflect on the team dynamics, challenges and goals.

Design Process
Each workshop and intervention is tailored to where the team is now, providing feedback, tools, and coaching to propel them forward.
